A record company devoted to the best musical talent and superb sound quality.
Naim Label aims to introduce a sense of humanity that was long-since lost in the global music industry.
In 1991, Naim Audio launched the CDS, Naim's first ever-compact disc player. Having bravely ventured into the realm of digital music playback, Naim was struck with the stark reality that the sound of commercially available compact discs was sub-standard. Naim Audio were hungry for some material that could provide a superior listening experience, but also help demonstrate just how ground-breaking the Naim CDS was, and so Naim Label was born.
Almost two decades later, Naim Label and its various label imprints has a catalogue of over one hundred releases, championing everything from gripping alternative rock to Beethoven symphonies, that is sold in 38 countries worldwide.
Along with acclaimed recording engineer Ken Christianson, we have pioneered the True Stereo analogue recording technique, an honest and naturally vibrant method that allows recordings to sing on our very own home audio systems. In addition to this, we are accustomed to using the world's most celebrated studios, including Capitol Studios in LA, Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios and Abbey Road in London to satisfy our passion for achieving the best possible results from a diverse range of recording methods.
